What we do
Our team documents each piece in your collection, gathers relevant information (artist, medium, dimensions, provenance), and compiles it into an organized digital archive. We also provide high‑quality photographs suitable for insurance or publication.
MATERIALS
We use professional photography equipment, calibrated lighting, and archival-safe handling materials to ensure accurate color representation and prevent damage. Data is stored in secure, redundant systems with optional cloud access.
OUR approach
We work discreetly and efficiently on‑site or off‑site depending on your preference. After cataloguing, you receive a digital inventory with high‑resolution images, and we train you (or your staff) on how to maintain and update the archive. Our goal is to create a comprehensive record that preserves the collection’s history and simplifies future management.
